Joseph Williams Lovibond invented the Tintometer in 1885, and the Lovibond color scale remains the international reference for transparent and translucent liquids vegetable oils, beer, syrups, lubricants, pharmaceuticals.

LDY supplies the Lovibond range across color measurement (PFXi series, the Daylight 2000, EComparator), water analysis (MD photometers, SD card meters, multi-parameter benchtop systems), and turbidity (TB / TurbiDirect).

We deliver method-specific training the difference between a Lovibond Red and an ASTM color reading is mostly in the method, and we make sure your operators get it right.
