NSB TECH offers precise testing of salt concentration in crude oil by measuring conductivity due to the presence of chlorides (sodium, calcium, magnesium). Knowledge of chloride concentration informs efficiency of desalination and assessment of crude oil desalting needs. Hall effect sensor checks contact between cover and tank for user safety.
